Dan Matheson, clu®,ricp® began his financial planning career 12 years ago where he earned the distinction of becoming Utah’s Rookie of the Year with a well-known financial services company. He had the privilege of working there for five years until striking out on his own and beginning his independent practice.
He has since earned the prestigious designations of CLU® and ricp® from The American College --the premier designations for insurance professionals world-wide with an emphasis in estate planning, retirement income planning and in-depth knowledge in the delivery of financial advice.
As a fiduciary, Dan is committed and bound to always conduct his business practices in the best interest of his clients.
He specializes in maximizing retirement income strategies and has helped hundreds of families solve common financial pitfalls such as rising taxes and market losses. His keen focus centers on retirement income not just asset or portfolio size. He is currently writing a book to share his unique perspectives on investing and income.
Dan is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT®) the Premier Association of Financial Professionals and the National Ethics Association.
Dan is married with four children and lives in Lehi, Utah. He loves to fly fish (ask to see his selfies on the Provo River) and watch movies on Netflix. He is looking forward to his next adventure to New Zealand.
